Thank you for visiting our website!
It will become apparent as you navigate this site that our members are part of a church family here at the Sussex United Methodist Church. As such, we strive to develop and nurture connections which are important to any "successful" family.
We connect on an emotional level by truly caring about one another. We pride ourselves in knowing one another's name, families and interests.
The sharing of those interests creates opportunities for social connections amongst our church family members. From our youth to our "mature" adults, and all ages in between, many activites exist that create and foster not only simple fellowship but lifelong friendships.
The most important bond we share here at SUMC is our connection on a spiritual level. From our dynamic worship service to our Christian education offerings for all ages to our work in local and national missions, we inspire one another on our journeys as we continue to grow with God.
Our mission: To feed others as Christ feeds us.
We are open for in-church worship Sundays at 9:00 am. Face masks/coverings are required. Services are also livestreamed on Facebook.
Wednesdays, February 17 - March 24 at 6:30 pm. In-person in Fellowship Hall (BYO Soup and Sandwich) or via Facebook Live (Sussex United Methodist Church). See our March newsletter below for weekly topics.
